Summer time in Texas Y'all!

Summer, after all, is a time when wonderful things can happen. For those few months there's fresh cut grass smell in the air, the chance to dive into the deep end of a pool, and snow cones on the front porch.

In Texas our snow cones melt to fast, so I thought how about a faux snow cone on a real cupcake!

Sometimes it's the smallest decisions that can change your life forever

Since my last post there have been some major changes with my sweet little family. The husband had a major career change, he loves it all but being away from us, we welcomed our sweet baby girl to the world on St Patty's day, and on May 10th we celebrated our 4th anniversary and our baby boys 2nd birthday (I can't believe he is two already!) I got my first print ad thanks to our friend Austin and have also have been making cupcakes of course!

These are Red Velvet cupcakes made to look like eyes. Paul ordered these for his eye Dr that was treating his eye infection as a thank you gift!

Valentines Day cupcakes Claudia ordered for her hubs!

I made these for Johnathan's "dirty 30" birthday. They are devils food with chocolate french butter cream and crushed oreos to look like dirt!

These are my chocolate cupcakes with red french butter cream and chocolate shavings for Adam's birthday. His favorite color is red!

These were for my Buckaroo Brayden's 2nd birthday! He loved them, had green frosting everywhere!

Birthday party at school

Brendan is 3 already! He had a party at his school where his daddy took him chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, vanilla French buttercream and rainbow sprinkles! When I saw Mr Brendan later that day he told me he loved his cupcakes, and it sure looked like he enjoyed them because he still had a little frosting on his shirt.

My First Order

My first order for cupcakes was for a little girly girl's birthday party. She loves pink, just like me!!! So it was decided that she would like vanilla cake with PINK vanilla French buttercream frosting and topped with clear sugar crystals to give them a little sparkle!!

Me and Cupcakes

So this is my first ever blog posting, so here we go!!

I am a wife, a mommy to a beautiful little boy who in March will be a big brother to a beautiful baby girl, and a business school graduate. I love my family, friends, baseball and CUPCAKES!!

I bake my cupcakes with the best ingredients possible, using sweet cream butters, gourmet chocolates, Madagascar bourbon vanillas, fresh fruits and nuts. I have a variety of cake and frosting flavors to choose from for your event.
